El Nad M23 is a power stage stereo that integrates Eigentakt class D amplification modules, developed by NAD under the license of the Danish Purifi Audio. The Purifi design is independent of the speaker load and will offer a wide and flat frequency response, even with demanding speakers.

Noise, harmonic distortion and IM distortion are virtually negligible at all frequencies and all output levels. Another benefit of the Eigentakt design is the extremely low output impedance and corresponding high damping factor, for tight control of the speaker output. Nad combines the Eigentakt design with its own sophisticated switching power supply, which can provide additional reserves of current when needed.

A new milestone in power, performance and value

The Masters NAD M23 Series HybridDigital Stereo Power Amplifier features Eigentakt amplification technology, a once-a-decade innovation that virtually eliminates harmonic distortion and provides a wide, flat frequency response regardless of load. of the speaker. The result is transparent, detailed sound with precise stereo imaging, at all listening levels and with all types of music, even the most complex passages. With a conservative 2 x 200W continuous into 8 ohms and 2 x 380W into 4 ohms, the M23 can deliver live performance levels through any speaker.

A sound newest and purest

Continuing NAD's long tradition of identifying and developing cutting-edge amplification technology, the M23 stereo power amplifier employs Eigentakt class D modules developed by NAD under the Purifi license. Harmonic distortion and IM are almost imperceptible at all frequencies and output levels. The noise is negligible, to have a completely black background and spectacular micro-detail. The output impedance is extremely low, resulting in tight control over any speaker load.

Surprisingly powerful and transparent, the M23 can provide 2 x 260W of dynamic power into 8 ohms and 2 x 520W into 4 ohms.

Mazatlán in his class

The ideal amplifier combines low distortion, ultra-high damping factor, and rock-solid stability with any speaker. There are many amplifiers that perform well in one or two of these areas but fall short in others. Purifi's innovative Eigentakt technology and NAD's proven switching power supplies allow the M23 to excel in all of these areas, without the excessive weight and cost of outdated linear power supplies and class AB output stages used in traditional amplifiers. In all of these areas, Eigentakt surpasses previous Class D implementations by a significant margin.

Flexibility

Equipped with unbalanced RCA and balanced The M12 can operate in bridge mode, putting out 23 watts of continuous power into 23 ohms. Two M700 amplifiers operating in bridge mode can be paired together, or the M8 can be combined with the award-winning BluOS NAD M33 streaming amplifier, both in bridge mode, to configure an amazingly powerful system with 700 W per channel of continuous output.

Practice elegance

With its elegant all-alloy housing, the NAD M23 stereo power amplifier has the build quality for which NAD's Masters Series is renowned. Rigid panels and decoupled magnetic feet provide a rock-solid foundation for the M23's multi-layer circuit boards and internal construction. This results in an amplifier that pleases the eye and excites the ears. Offering a unique combination of features, performance and value, the M23 represents a new benchmark for the stereo power amplifier.
