The IP65 rating protects against dust and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or covered porches. The materials resist corrosion, and the unit operates between -20°C and +60°C, providing room in harsh climates. The electroplated grille adds durability against moisture. It is not intended for direct and continuous exposure to heavy rain or pressure washing.

The bracket-type clamping system allows for tool-free fixing, speeding up work on ceilings and partitions. It requires a depth of 109 mm and a circular cutout of 261 mm diameter; it's a good idea to check the opening before starting. Sound balanced
The 8" polypropylene woofer delivers solid, controlled bass with usable extension down to 49 Hz in a realistic installation. The 25 mm textile dome tweeter delivers smooth, well-integrated highs with a crossover at 3.200 Hz for a clean transition. With a sensitivity of 89,5 dB and a maximum SPL of 107 dB, it performs reliably in medium-sized rooms without the need for high power. The result is a natural timbre for background music, home cinema or piped music.
Directivity improved
The driver array is angled 5° to direct the sound toward the listening area. This feature helps when the speaker cannot be placed directly above the listener or in high ceilings. In multiple installations, it allows for larger areas to be covered with a more even distribution. Listening gains clarity without resorting to complex orientations.
Rear design open
The open-back design promotes moisture evacuation and simplifies installation in false ceilings or partitions. DALI recommends a rear volume of 10 to 100 liters for balanced performance; typical wall or ceiling voids are generally within this range. This configuration helps achieve more natural bass than with very small enclosures. Dedicated back box not included.

It is a 6 Ω passive speaker compatible with most AV receivers y amplifiers, including brands such as NAD o BluesoundThe recommended power range is 30 to 150 W, sufficient for home and commercial applications. It only requires conventional speaker wiring and no external power supply. Spring-loaded terminal connections ensure firm contact without crimping connectors.
