Quality Control Sound
The B&W PI7 S2 use the same drivers as the previous PI7 but have improved battery life and greater Bluetooth range. They are ideal if what you are looking for is sound quality when playing music on headphones of this type.
TRES Finished
These headphones also come with three different sizes of silicone ear tips. They offer up to five hours of playback (improving by 1 hour on the previous model), with an additional 16 hours using the charging case.
If you charge them for 15 minutes, you will get 2 hours of playback. To do this, a USB-C cable is used that is included in the package.

21 hours of autonomy

Technology
Each earphone has a 9,2 mm driver inside. in addition to a balanced armature driver and each of them is powered by its own amplifier.
The PI7 connect using Bluetooth 5.0 aptX Adaptive technology, also compatible with aptX HD and aptX Classic. They support the AAC codec that Apple likes so much and the typical SBC.

Cancellation noise
Each hearing aid incorporates three microphones to perform noise cancellation, monitoring and adapting it to your environment, and also to allow making phone calls.
Using the Bowers & Wilkins Music app, you can choose between standard noise cancellation or set it to automatic, and you can also adjust its transparency. For example, the level of ambient sound you want to hear mixed with your music when you wear them.

App Bowers & Wilkins Music
With the Bowers & Wilkins Music app you can control the settings of your headphones. You can see the battery status of both theirs and the charging case.
The app remembers all your connected devices, making it much easier and faster to reconnect them later.

Retransmission audio
With the charging case and USB-C to minijack or USB-C to USB-C cable, you can also stream audio from any source to it and then stream it wirelessly and in high resolution to the PI7 S2 headphones. A possible use is when you want to listen to the sound inside a plane or train without having to connect wired headphones to the arm of the seat or when you want to listen to music in high quality and bypass the quality limitation of your smartphone's Bluetooth.
